Saksham Gaur Privacy Policy

1. What this notice covers

This notice describes the information practices of Liquid Browser (“Liquid Browser,” “we,” “us,” or “the App”). It applies when you install, open, or use the App and explains what device access may be requested, why it is requested, how information is handled, and what choices are available to you. If you do not accept these practices, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Our privacy approach

We follow three operating principles: request access only when a feature needs it; keep feature data on the device whenever possible; and do not use permission-derived information for an unrelated purpose without first explaining the new purpose and obtaining any consent required by law. Granting an optional permission is not a condition for using unrelated features.

3. Device features and permission choices

Floating-window access — Lets selected Liquid Browser tools appear in a floating window for quicker access. This access is optional and can be withdrawn in system settings.
Notification permission — Allows the App to show product notices, news, or reminders that you choose to receive. You can turn these notices off at any time.
Notification-listener access (BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE) — If enabled, this feature reads notifications from other apps so they can be intercepted and displayed in one management view. Notification content is processed locally and is not uploaded, disclosed, or supplied to third parties. You may disable this access in settings.
Storage access — Used by file management and cleaning tools to locate and manage files at your direction. We do not collect or externally share personally identifiable content through this permission.
Battery information — Read from Android system interfaces to display battery-use information. It is not used to identify you or shared externally.
Running-process information — Allows you to view running applications and close unnecessary background processes. These actions occur locally; process information is not sent to our servers.

4. Tools that operate locally

Network speed test — Measures connection performance when you start a test. Test results are not shared with third parties.

Clear browsing data — Deletes history, cookies, cache, and other site data at your direction. The cleaning operation does not collect or share personally identifiable information.
File and process tools — File cleaning, file management, and process management execute on the device. Their local operation does not by itself transmit your files or process list to us.

5. Browser settings, cookies, and local storage

Websites may use cookies, and the App may use local storage to remember settings such as your homepage, maintain session continuity, and provide smoother navigation. You may block or clear cookies through browser controls. Some websites or functions may not work as intended after cookies are disabled.

6. Information you choose to send

When you voluntarily submit a support request, feedback, crash report, or feature suggestion, we may receive the content you provide. We use it to respond, investigate the reported issue, improve reliability, or evaluate the suggestion. Please avoid including information that is unnecessary for us to assist you.

7. Purposes and legal grounds

Information is handled to deliver requested functions, remember preferences, maintain performance and security, diagnose failures, improve the App, answer communications, and meet legal obligations. Where the GDPR applies, processing may rely on your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the App, performance of a service you request, or compliance with law, depending on the circumstances. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis.

8. Third-party services, SDKs, and external content

Liquid Browser may interact with services or software supplied by other companies. Their involvement depends on the feature you choose and the components included in the installed version.

Websites and web services — Search engines, websites, embedded media players, advertising content, download providers, payment pages, and other destinations opened in the browser are independent third parties. They may collect information, place cookies, or request permissions under their own policies. Liquid Browser does not control their data practices.
Technical service providers — If analytics, crash diagnostics, hosting, or storage providers are used, they may process only the information needed to perform the contracted service. They are subject to confidentiality, security, and purpose restrictions and may not use the information for an unrelated purpose on our behalf.
Third-party SDKs — A release of the App may contain third-party software development kits needed for specific functions. Such components must be configured and used consistently with this notice and applicable platform rules. We remain responsible for reviewing the data practices of components included by us.
Leaving the App — Once you follow a link or otherwise interact directly with a third-party service, that provider's terms and privacy notice govern its processing. Review them before submitting personal information. The presence of a link or integration does not mean that we endorse the third party.

9. When information may be disclosed

We do not sell or rent personal information. Limited disclosure may occur to service providers that perform analytics, crash diagnostics, hosting, or storage for us under confidentiality and purpose restrictions; when disclosure is required by law or valid legal process; when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect users, secure the App, or enforce our rights; or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or reorganization where equivalent protections continue to apply. Third-party code included in the App is required to follow applicable privacy and platform rules.

10. Retention and protection

We keep personal information only for the time needed for the stated purpose, legal compliance, accounting or reporting, dispute resolution, or enforcement. When retention is no longer necessary, information is deleted or anonymized using reasonable safeguards. We use measures such as protected transmission, access restrictions, and security review, but no browser, device, or network can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Your privacy controls and rights

You can deny or revoke device permissions in Android settings, disable optional tools in the App, manage notifications, and clear browser data. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to complain to a data-protection authority. A request may be subject to identity verification and legal exceptions. Contact us using the details below to submit a request.

12. Children and international transfers

The App is not directed to children under 13 or a higher minimum age required locally, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that such information was obtained without valid parental consent, we will delete it promptly. Where information is transferred across borders, we apply safeguards appropriate to the transfer.

13. Changes and contact

We may revise this notice to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The revised text and revision date will be made available in the App or its store listing, and material changes may be highlighted through an in-app notice or another appropriate channel. Questions, requests, or concerns may be sent to nitin.lotopo@gmail.com.
