1. Agreement with you
These User Terms form an agreement between you and Liquid Browser (“Liquid Browser,” “we,” or “us”) regarding the Liquid Browser application (the “App”), its browser features, tools, content, and related services. The Privacy Notice made available with the App forms part of this agreement.
By installing, accessing, or continuing to use the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
If you have any questions about these Terms, you may contact us at nitin.lotopo@gmail.com.
2. Permission to use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes or lawful internal business purposes. No ownership interest is transferred to you. Rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
3. Responsible use
You must use the App lawfully and must not interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorized access, hacking, circumvention, or harmful testing; use the App to violate another person's rights; distribute malicious code; or use the App in a way expressly prohibited by applicable law. Use outside the scope of the license may result in suspension or termination where permitted.
4. Product changes and updates
We may release fixes, patches, upgrades, or other changes. They may install automatically or require action from you and become part of the App under these Terms. Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued. When we publish revised Terms, continued use after they take effect indicates acceptance; where law requires a different notice or consent process, we will follow that process.
5. Availability and third-party content
We work to maintain the App but do not promise uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. Access may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical failure, network conditions, third-party services, or events beyond our control. The browser can open websites, media, downloads, and services operated by others. The App may also display third-party news, short-form video, advertising, or other externally supplied content. Such content may be retrieved, embedded, linked, or delivered through third-party services. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. You decide whether to use them and should review their terms.
6. Ownership and feedback
Liquid Browser and its original software, interface, branding, features, and materials are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade-secret, and other laws. If you voluntarily send ideas, comments, corrections, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable, and perpetual license to use, adapt, and incorporate that feedback into the App or other products and services, without an obligation to compensate you.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Liquid Browser Privacy Notice. Device permissions remain under your control through Android and App settings. You are responsible for protecting your device, credentials, and network connection and for clearing locally stored browsing information when appropriate.
8. Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App and services are supplied “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses, or for loss of data resulting from use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
9. Indemnity
To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful use of the App, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of a third party's rights.
10. General provisions
A delay or failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a court with jurisdiction finds part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only to the minimum necessary, and the remainder will continue in effect. These Terms and the incorporated Privacy Notice are the complete agreement concerning your use of the App and replace earlier versions on the same subject.
